A resume is personal. This policy explains what Keyline collects, why, who processes it, and when it is deleted.

What we collect

• Your email address, used to deliver your order and contact you about it.
• The files and text you submit: resume, cover letter, job posting, and any notes.
• Order details: service, price, date, and payment status.
• Payment details are collected directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We don't use advertising or analytics trackers, and we don't set tracking cookies.

How we use it

Only to produce and deliver your order, provide support, issue refunds, prevent fraud, and keep basic business records. We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing emails.

Who processes it

We rely on these service providers, which handle data on our behalf:

• Stripe: payment processing
• Anthropic: the AI model (Claude) that tailors your documents. Anthropic's commercial terms don't allow it to train models on content sent through its API.
• Supabase: database and temporary file storage
• Resend: email delivery
• Vercel: website hosting

How long we keep it

• Uploaded files and generated documents are deleted automatically after 7 days.
• Order records (email, service, amount, date) are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by emailing us. We'll respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Our database accepts connections only from our own servers, and generated documents are accessed only through short-lived private links.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 16.
