What is ATS optimization?

Most employers run applications through an applicant-tracking system (ATS) that searches for the skills and terms in the job posting. We make sure the relevant experience you already have is described in the posting's own language, in a layout those systems parse cleanly. No tool can guarantee an interview, but a tailored resume gives yours a fair read.

How is this done?

Your documents are processed by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) under strict instructions: tailor and polish, never invent. Every order includes a report of what changed.

How fast is delivery?

Usually about two minutes after payment. You'll see progress on screen, and the PDF arrives by email. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

What happens to my files?

They are used only to produce your order and are deleted automatically after 7 days. We don't sell or share your data, and we don't use it for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.

What if something goes wrong?

If we can't produce your document, you get an automatic full refund and an email explaining what happened. For anything else, email us within 7 days.

Which files can I upload?

PDF, Word (.docx), or plain text, up to 2 MB each. Scanned PDFs work too. Password-protected PDFs and old .doc files don't.
